Cancellation Policy

Thank you for entrusting Nurtured Crown to provide you healthier hair options to enhance and elevate your well-being. * All new clients MUST book a hair consultation appointment prior to any listed services. It’s very important to get to know you & your hair first before collectively deciding on the healthier options to achieve your desired outcome. * Late appointments must be rescheduled after 15 minutes. * The hair consultation fee is separate from all services and mandatory for NEW CLIENTS. * Services will be rescheduled if the hair consultation is not added. * The deposit fee is part of your services. All deposits are non-refundable for any cancelled services. *There is a $30 cancellation fee same day appointment and, or a no-show and you forfeit your deposit.
